The rapid pace of development of education, the need for continuous professional development require new forms and methods of work in organizations of additional vocational training. One of the areas of e-learning is using distance learning technologies. The paper presents a variant of the model provide training using distance learning technologies in the organization of additional vocational training. The model is developed on the basis of analysis of scientific and methodological literature examining existing models of learning organizations in additional professional education and aimed at the implementation of professional standards.
