THE USE OF INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE OF CLUSTER POLICY IN ORDER TO INCREASE THE COMPETITIVENESS OF SECONDARY VOCATIONAL EDUCATION
Abstract:
The article is devoted to the assumptions that lead to creation of highly competitive institutional field in the sphere of vocational education in Russia and ways of solving the problem are offered. It is motivated to use international experience to increase the competitive position of native secondary vocational education, for example, the list of achievements and features that were devised by M. Porter and applied in educational clusters of the USA, Canada, Europe, Dubai and many other counties.
