In article justification of the importance of a psychographic component professiograme in career guidance and professional consultation is given. On an example psychograme the psychologist her information resource in determination of compliance of personal features is shown to profession requirements. The approximate logic of the comparative analysis of diagnostic profiles of conditional applicants with a profile of the «ideal» expert, carried out for detection of their professional suitability taking into account possible specialization and the efficiency forecast is presented.
