This article describes the experience of the Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical University VP Astaf'eva to develop master's programs demanded by the social sphere of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Mechanism and an algorithm for the development of a new magistracy program is justified by the requirements of professional standards and new laws. On the example of one of the master's programs of the department of social pedagogy and social work demonstrates how employers are involved in designing new master's programs from the coordination of educational results to guarantee the quality of education program.
