PEDAGOGICAL MANAGEMENT AS THE CONDITION FOR REALIZATION OF THE PERSPECTIVE MODELS OF THE EXTRA-CURRICULAR EDUCATION OF CHILDREN
Abstract:
This article represents the system of the extra-curricular education of children by the scientifically and empirically substantiated perspective models of training in the activities of the establishments of the additional formation (EAF); their effective functioning is determined by management. Taking into account contemporary approaches to management, the specific character of its object – the model of upbringing – the definition is given to pedagogical management as the condition for the qualitative realization of the models of extra-curricular and extra-scholastic education. The characteristic of pedagogical control is represented as the scientific methods guarantee of effectiveness for the realization of Model; the dynamic, organic unit block of a model – the special type of the system of extra-scholastic extra-curricular education (its designation, the basic content, form and the methods of administrative activities, position of its subjects); the basic indices of the result for the pedagogically controlled model of education are designated.
