EFFICIENCY ASSESSMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION OF THE ELECTIVE COURSES FOR FORM TEACHERS
Abstract:
The article presents author’s conclusions based on the research work into the organization of the content in the teacher training programmes, usage of different ways in the development of professional success, efficiency criteria for different categories of teachers. The author justifies the relevance of the content structure in the elective courses which combine personal and professional development. The author conveys methodological aspects of modeling vocational teacher training programme in dynamic development of professional and educational teaching experience. Considerate attention is given to the development of the professional success of form teachers, whose professional activities are lying in the sphere of the achievement of educational goals.
