In this article set of the pedagogical conditions providing efficiency of vocational training of officers for National guard is considered. In work the analysis of essence of concept pedagogical conditions, components of pedagogical conditions is given. The presented pedagogical conditions will allow to provide efficiency of training of future officers of various links for productive professional activity if are used in a complex taking into account all factors having impact on this process.
