TEAM WORK AS ONE OF THE MAIN FORMS OF PROFESSIONAL INTERACTION OF UNIVERSITY TEACHERS
Abstract:
In the article, therolesofuniversityteachersandformsoftheirprofessionalinteractionunderconditionsoftransitiontoneweducationalparadigm are considered. Thisparadigmisbasedontheprinciplesofhumanismandfreedevelopmentofapersonality.Changingrequirementstotheresultsofeducationalprogramsareexpressed through the set of competencies the graduate should possess. Thedevelopmentofthecompetencesinvolveschangingtherolesof both students and teachers. Teachersareresponsibleforprovidingmostfavorableconditionsforstudents’ development as future specialists and personalities.Toprovide these conditions teachers need to work as teams. Theteamworkisanefficientmeansofteachers’ interactionbecausemakesitpossible to combine individual knowledge and skills of teachers to achieve the goal.
