Abstract:
Due to the increasing number of dangers threatening life and health, the state request to the formation of safe behaviour of minors is expanding every year. It is reflected in such documents as the “Strategy for Comprehensive Safety of Children in the Russian Federation until 2030”, the plan of the main activities carried out within the framework of the “Decade of Childhood”, the decree “On the national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period until 2030 and for the perspective until 2036” and others. Their content in combination with the cognitive characteristics of modern children directs the research search for analytical understanding of the possibilities and pedagogical conditions, the implementation of which in educational organisations of various types and levels will help to solve the set problems. The aim of the article is to summarize the results of the theoretical and experimental research to identify the possibilities and implementation of pedagogical conditions aimed at the formation of safe behaviour of underage students in a professional educational organization. The research methodology is based on the generally accepted approaches – system, activity, axiological, the unity of which will allow to bring scientific-theoretical substantiation of pedagogical conditions and opportunities of the professional educational organisation. The research methods are theoretical analysis of domestic and foreign literature, concretisation, pedagogical observation, systematisation and interpretation of the obtained results. Research results. The article theoretically substantiates and presents pedagogical conditions of safe behaviour formation. Their implementation with gradual complication and use of various means and forms in the educational practice of a professional educational organisation is shown. Its organisational and content, subjective possibilities, actualisation and use of which in combination with pedagogical conditions will allow to intensify this process are revealed. The conclusion is that the identified opportunities and implemented conditions act as a factor in ensuring the safety of life activity, as well as stimulate the extrapolation of safe behaviour in society. At the same time, further prospects of research on the considered problematics are determined.
