Conceptual Provisions of the Organizational and Managerial Model of Civic and Patriotic Education of Students in the Conditions of the Cadet Class

Abstract:
The article examines the importance of patriotism as an important element of the value system of modern society. In the context of current socio-economic and political transformations in Russia, patriotism is of particular importance in the process of socialization of young people. The purpose of the article is to identify the conceptual provisions of the organizational and managerial model of patriotic education in the context of cadet classes. The main methodological guidelines are the ideas of systemic, socio-cultural, activity-based and anthropological approaches. In the course of the study, the authors analyze existing political and doctrinal documents and scientific psychological and pedagogical literature, and also substantiate the importance of methodological approaches such as systemic, socio-cultural and anthropological. One of the central conclusions of the study is the need to create a holistic organizational and managerial model that would integrate patriotic education into the educational process, especially in the context of working with cadets. In this context, it is important to take into account the age and psychological characteristics of 5th grade students, in which the initial stable ideas about their own identity, the world around them and their country are formed. Patriotism here should not be perceived as an imposed idea, but as a natural part of the educational process, which is formed through the active participation of students, their emotional experiences and awareness of their connection with their small homeland. The research is based on a comprehensive analysis of documents, including educational programs, methodological materials and work programs, as well as an extensive analysis of statistical data from various sources. In addition, an important method of collecting information was a questionnaire, a survey and a conversation with students, which made it possible to obtain valuable feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of patriotic education in cadet classes. The conclusion is made about effective ways to overcome the problems identified during the research, which can form the basis for an organizational and managerial model of civic-patriotic education of students in a cadet class.
