ANENT THE REGULATORY FRAMEWORK OF HIGHER EDUCATION FOR RUSSIAN AND LITERATURE TEACHERS

Abstract: 
The paper is devoted to the analysis of regulations which determine the principles of higher education for Russian and literature teachers (types “Pedagogical education” and “Philology” (bachelor level), such as educational standards for schools and universities, specifications of qualification for pedagogical employees, etc. Further the authors reveal the variances and contradictions in these documents which need to be corrected. According to the results of the analysis the conclusions about the possible ways of improvement of the regulations framework are made.
