INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES AS A PEDAGOGICAL FACTOR OF SOCIALIZATION IN FOREIGN SCHOOL

Abstract: 
The article reveals social and educational effects of using the information and communication technologies as a pedagogical factor of students` socialization in unity of social experience, social education and individual help on the ground of analysis of three huge practical pieces of research: on using laptops and tablets (iPad) in education (Canada, Quebec), and on digital workspace in France.
