Development of a Culture of Professional Interaction of Teachers in the Process of Internal Corporate Training in a General Education Organization

Abstract:
This article addresses the issue of developing a culture of professional interaction among teachers as a personal and professional quality. Developing this quality in teachers is essential for the development of a corporate culture within a comprehensive educational organization. Successful achievement of professional goals requires high team cohesion within a comprehensive educational organization, shared interests, established partnerships, and a willingness of specialists to collaborate and work as a team. The objective is to develop a culture of professional interaction among teachers within a comprehensive educational organization. The purpose of this article is to substantiate the specifics and pedagogical conditions for developing a culture of professional interaction among teachers during in-house training at a comprehensive educational organization. The literature review confirms the researchers’ focus on studying the content and structure of this personal and professional quality and identifying means for its development, including through in-house training. The research methodology is based on the applied application of the principles of a synergetic approach to improving the professional development of education specialists, the targeted creation of a comfortable educational environment, and the productive use of knowledge sharing and teamwork technologies in in-house training. The results of this study have theoretical significance in terms of clarifying understanding of the concept of “teacher professional interaction culture,” its content, and structure. The article proposes new approaches to developing this quality. It is proven that in-house training provides a favorable environment for developing a culture of professional interaction among teachers. The developed organizational and pedagogical conditions represent scientific novelty. When organizing in-house training, it is proposed to create a favorable communicative environment that ensures the preservation of psychological health and the development of a culture of professional interaction among teachers. When developing and implementing training activities, it is proposed to use forms, methods, and training tools that support teacher teamwork, knowledge sharing, and learning from colleagues’ experiences. The content of a team training course, “Effective Professional Interaction among Teachers,” is proposed, which can be used in in-house teacher training. The conclusion suggests the possibility of developing a culture of professional interaction among teachers through in-house training. The developed organizational and pedagogical conditions should be considered as recommendations for improving the content, forms, and methods of in-house training. This constitutes the practical significance of the study.
