Pedagogical Potential of Joint Project Activities in the Formation of Engineering and Technical Readiness of Military Personnel

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the theoretical substantiation of joint project activities as a pedagogical factor in the development of engineering and technical abilities of military personnel in the context of modernization of military professional education. The relevance of the study is determined by the increasing requirements for engineering and technical specialists, whose activities are carried out in collective forms of solving professional tasks and involve the integration of technical, organizational, and communicative training. The purpose of the study is to identify the pedagogical mechanisms of the influence of joint project activities on the formation of engineering and technical abilities and professional readiness of military personnel. The methodological basis of the study is based on the activity-based approach. As a result of the research, it is shown that the inclusion of students in the collective design of engineering solutions ensures the transition from predominantly reproductive forms of education to an activity-based model of professional training. It is proved that joint project activity acts as a mechanism for integrating cognitive, operational-technological, regulatory and communicative components of engineering and technical abilities of military personnel. It is established that project interaction contributes to the formation of professional subjectivity of students, the development of system engineering thinking and willingness to make decisions in the context of the interdependence of the actions of participants in the activity. The results obtained allow us to consider joint project activities as a promising direction for improving educational technologies of military universities, focused on training specialists to operate in complex technological and organizational conditions of modern military service.
