KANT’S PEDAGOGICAL IDEAS IN THE CONTECT OF ENLIGHTENMENT

Abstract: 
This article analyses the pedagogical ideas of I. Kant, that are related to the answers for questions about the way the upbringing and education process should be, what is its purpose and organizational principles and what the role of teacher should be in this process. The connection between Kant’s pedagogical ideas with the notional context of Renaissance on one side and on the other – his critical philosophy, is based. The relationship of teacher Kant’s ideas and work of one of the first educational institutions of a new type “Philanthropin” in Dessau is discussed.
