PRACTICE-ORIENTED TRAINING OF MODERN TEACHERS FOR RURAL SCHOOLS CONSIDERING THE REGIONAL PECULIARITIES

Abstract: 
The article regards the regional peculiarities of practice-oriented training of modern teachers for rural schools in Ishim Ershov Teachers Training Institute (the branch) of Tyumen State University. The authors emphasize the process of development and self-development of professional personal position of a teacher in a rural school based on systematic and gradual inclusion of problems and peculiarities of development of rural schools in a curriculum of a higher educational institution.
