Features of Psychofunctional Adaptation of Students to Educational and Professional Activitie

Abstract: 
Problem and goal. The article presents materials from a study of the characteristics of psychofunctional adaptation of students to educational and professional activities. Particular attention is paid to the relationship between psychological states of aggressiveness and socio-psychological attitudes of the individual, which are one of the important components of regulating the optimal state of the body in the process of adaptation. Studying the features of the interaction of the studied components of psychofunctional adaptation will make it possible to correct the aggressive behavior of students, purposefully form social and psychological attitudes, taking into account public standards of behavior, and preserve the mental and physical health of students. The purpose of the article is to study the features of psychofunctional adaptation of students to educational and professional activities. Methodology. The following methods were used in this study: Bass-Darkey Hostility Questionnaire (A. Hwang, 2008); Methodology for diagnosing socio-psychological attitudes of the individual (O. F. Potemkina, 1993); Questionnaire of volitional personality traits (M. V. Chumakov, 2005); Methods of statistical analysis, which made it possible to identify the features of psychofunctional adaptation of students to educational and professional activities. Research results. In the course of the study, it was found that psychological states of the level of aggressiveness and the nature of socio-psychological attitudes formed in adolescence have a significant impact on the process of psychofunctional adaptation of students to the conditions of educational and professional activities. The possibility of applying corrective influence on the normative behavior and health of students is shown. The importance of controlling the level of aggressive behavior and the targeted formation of socio-psychological attitudes determined by the dynamics of social relations, educational and professional tasks and the psychophysical health of students is substantiated. Conclusion. The results of the study indicate that one of the characteristic features of psychofunctional adaptation to educational activities is the interdependence of the orientation of socio-psychological attitudes and control of the level of psycho-emotional states of aggressiveness, through which the regulation of the optimal mode of functioning of individual, morphophysiological indicators of the body in specific social conditions is carried out.
