The generalization of A. S. Makarenko's pedagogical experience in the centennialage

Abstract: 
Currently, the understanding of educational process, its content and functions is expanding and changing. Along with optimistic forecasts, teachers are increasingly discussing the issue of the education crisis. This article is aimed at comparing pedagogical experience and analyzing the heritage of the outstanding Soviet teacher A.S. Makarenko, who solved very complicated professional problems. The article discusses the pedagogical activity of A.S. Makarenko in the context of more effective organization of modern educational environment, focused on teaching the modern generation of students (generation Z, centennials). The intersections of the pedagogical experience in upbringing of adolescents according to the methodological positions of A.S. Makarenko and features of modern educational realities are revealed; the peculiarities of university students from the viewpoint of the theory of generations are analyzed, and the possibilities of an information educational environment designed to train centennials are described.
