Technology of supervision in the training of bachelors at the pedagogical university as a realization of mentoring

Abstract:
The article presents the technology of supervision as the implementation of mentoring in the preparation of future teachers of preschool education in the context of implementing a practice-oriented approach. Supervision is looked at as a means of complicating a person in the process of professionalization, which acts as an "element" of the combined psychological system "Teacher (teacher-supervisor, mentor) – Student (student)". With the successful mastery of the stages of supervision (the preliminary stage, the stage of professional trials, the initial stage of quasi-professional activity, the main stage of quasi-professional activity, the following stages of professionalization) all the "elements" of this system-the student, the teacher, their relationships, the practice, and the professional activity are developed.
Keywords:
supervisory, mentoring, professionalization, practice-oriented approach, preparation of bachelors, mentor.
