THE MILITARY SPECIALISTS ADAPTATION TO PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY MODEL IN THE PROCESS OF TRAININGON MILITARY OCCUPATIONAL SPECIALTIES

Abstract: 
The article reveals the model of adaptation of military specialists to professional activity in the process of training. The definition of the adaptation of military specialists to professional activity is given. The purpose of the adaptation of a military specialist to professional activity is to form the personality of a military specialist professionally adapted to the conditions of military service in times of peace and war. The main approaches to the study of the problem of the pedagogical model in pedagogical science are analyzed. The model of adaptation of military specialists to professional activity is considered as a system that includes motivational-purpose, content-procedural and reflexive-evaluative components. As a result of the adaptation of the military specialist, the level of his adaptation is considered, the qualitative characteristics of which are professionally significant values and motives, emotional and volitional qualities, professional knowledge, skills and abilities, ability to overcome the difficulties of military service, etc. Adaptability criteria are put forward by the motivational-value, emotional-volitional, content-cognitive and activity-behavioral.
