TEACHING TOOLKIT DEVELOPMENT COMPETENCIES OF THE FUTURE SPECIALIST

Abstract: 
The article deals with pedagogical approaches to the modernization of the educational system of training. The article is devoted to the presentation of the various aspects of the implementation of the competence approach in the higher education system in the conditions of market economy. The essence and features of optimization of the competence approach in high school are considered. The purpose of the article is to analyze the pedagogical tools for the formation of competencies of the future specialist in the conditions of instability of the labor market, to discuss the practical side of improving educational activities. On the basis of methods of analysis, systematization, research of phenomena, reasoning the ways of search for the creation of an adequate time challenges of the scientific and educational system of the country are considered. A General approach to the new models of Russian universities is presented. The main advantages, tools and forms of implementation of educational programs in the system of higher education in Russia were identified, as well as the most promising forms of training of future specialists in training at the University in the conditions of the requirements of the modern market. In conclusion, it is suggested that the key condition for the acquisition of the necessary competencies of future specialists is the effective interaction of education, society, business and the labor market. Active work on the use of pedagogical tools to improve the competencies of the future specialist should allow high-quality sustainable functioning of the University as an intellectual and public leader, which determines the main directions of sustainable economic development in the region. In conclusion, it is suggested that the key condition for the acquisition of the necessary competencies of future specialists is the effective interaction of education, society, business and the labor market. Active work on the use of pedagogical tools to improve the competencies of the future specialist should allow high-quality sustainable functioning of the University as an intellectual and public leader, which determines the main directions of sustainable economic development in the region.
