Actual Aspects Of Designing The Developing Professional Environment In The Conditions Of Recurrent Education Of The Teacher: Methodology And Perspectives

Abstract: 
Problem statement. The problems of the research were the issues of creating an innovative professional environment for interaction of specialists in the conditions of post-graduate education and for adapting to the constantly changing content of their professional development. The purpose of the article is to identify the organizational, pedagogical and methodological conditions for designing a professional environment of speech and communicative communication of specialists as a possible model for creating a space of continuous and recurrent learning. Scientific exposition. The theoretical basis was the idea of the professional environment, which is based on cultural, competence and communicative approaches to the implementation of the content of technological additional educational programmes “Foreign languages”. Axiological approach to the development of the innovative educational space gives grounds for improving professional skills of teachers cultivated throughout the study as the most effective approach. Research context. The concept of an individual language of teachers, which is the premise of the speech communication and methodological readiness of teachers to solve problems of modern foreign language education and formation of professional skills as the foundation of their motivational readiness to change their own activities become of prior importance for the effective cultural self-determination of the teacher in the space of this study in the aspect of practice-oriented experiments. Research results. The professional space is built as a continuous solution of methodological task-based problems of development origin on the practical material cultivated at classes in modern schools. In conclusion, there presented general laws of theoretical and methodological grounds for improving the effectiveness of training specialists reflected in the specifics of the target settings, in a generalized view of graduates of educational programmes, in the extrapolation to the results of paramount importance. The practical significance of the study is to describe the methodological aspects of pedagogical innovations in the humanitarian education. The article can be of use for researchers, methodologists, and educators who investigate the identical problems.
