DESIGNING OF STUDENT PROFESSIONAL TRAINING IN HIGHER SCHOOL

Abstract: 
The planning possibilities of the professional training students in high school are defined in the offered article. For this purpose the different levels of training are determined, appreciably revealing the image of a profession through the pedagogical concepts «professional culture», «professional competence», «professional readiness» competence; a didactic potential of the educational process is outlined and it allows step by step on the basis of the feedback to design its realization, providing a realistic achievement of learning results. Didactic potential of the educational process is shown as a set of subject - and system-activity principles used in the designing content of training, heuristic prescriptions applied for non-linear organization of the educational process. The positive experience has shown that the offered summarized description can be a conceptual and technological framework of the development projects and realization of the main educational programs directly on the ground in the universities during the transition of the Federal state educational standards.
