Development Management Model in the Institution of Additional Education

Abstract: 
Introduction. Increasing competitiveness and ensuring the effective development of continuing education is an important modern trend. To ensure the quality of education and maintain a stable position in the market, institutions design development programs. The problem is their effective implementation, requiring new management decisions and models. The purpose of the article is to analyze the experience of the resource district center of children’s creativity in developing the development management model optimal for the institution of further education. Methodology. The simulation method and design approach are used. They made it possible to correlate the actual processes of managing the development of additional education and improving the quality of educational services, emphasizing the main idea of this work. Research results. The proposed methods helped to generalize theoretical experience and present a practical model of development management, tested at the center of children’s creativity “Commonwealth” of the Kalinin district of Novosibirsk. The article also proposes analytics of the institution development program as a conceptual basis for the development of a managerial model. Conclusion. In conclusion, it is concluded that, as a result of the study, the main development management mechanisms are identified, and the proposed management model meets the needs of the competitive development of the modern institution of additional education.
