MODEL OF FORMATION OF THE TRAJECTORY OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF PEDAGOGICAL HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION STUDENTS

Abstract: 
Results of scientific and practical research on a problem of formation and professional and pedagogical development of students are presented in this article. In article the model of formation of a trajectory of professional development of the identity of future teacher is offered. The analysis of practice of work of pedagogical higher education institutions testifies that generally educational process is focused on increase of competence of the future professional, the individual originality of professional formation and development of the student during the whole period of its training thus is insufficiently considered. Relevance of the ideas containing in research is that the author during research work showed attempt to create the pedagogical environment promoting activization of personal, creative and professional potential of the student. Illumination of a problem of professional formation and development of students will provide an impulse for further researches in the field of vocational training of future teachers.
