The article is devoted to the formation of cadets’ ICT-competence using mobile control complex in the military education. Integration of ICT-technologies in higher school is changing the function of intersubjective relations of participants of education. The most active of these changes occur in the solution of problems of automation troops operative command and control. Mobile control complex, providing operational control units in combat, is considered as the object of the military-educational process. Advantages of practical training with military mobile control complex in the pedagogical process in solving the problem of adapting courses to experts of internal troops professional activity were disclosed.
