The Contribution of Sushruta in the Development of Medical Education

Abstract: 
The article is devoted to the study of literary and medical heritage of Ayurvedic physician Sushruta. The purpose of this paper – to analyze the contribution of Sushruta in Ayurvedic medicine and medical science in general, and in the professional education of physicians. This paper presents an overview of the content of the works of Sushruta.
