THE THEORY OF MIND RESEARCH IN DEVELOPMENTAL PSYCHOLOGY STUDIES

Abstract: 
The Theory of Mind is defined as the ability to attribute mental states to self and others and to use them for explaining, prognosis and manipulation of other people actions. The article provides an overview of foreign theoretical and empirical research on Theory of Mind development in normal children and atypical populations.
