EDUCATION IN A HIGHER SCHOOL ORGANIZATION: TRADITIONS AND ACTUAL TRENDS

Abstract: 
The essence of today’s higher education is analyzed. The necessity to implement extracurricular work in a higher school organization is proved, its traditions are observed and its model and specific character are analyzed. The authors give a brief account of today’s approaches to education in a higher school and reveal some problems and their causes. The article as well describes quite a definite education model and system of extracurricular work in NSPU.
