Based upon the results of questionnaire survey of graduates of medical universities and practical doctors of different medical specialties the leading factors promoting formation of outlook, the high professional and moral qualities meeting current demands of domestic health care were pointed out. The need to increase the efficiency of teaching activity, motivation to training, the organization and high-quality conducting educational process, and also strenthening of humane and socio-philosophic orientation in training of students to form the outlook of future doctors on a proper level.
