Professional Training of the Future Teacher in the Conditions of Modern Classical University Education

Abstract:
The article presents the results of theoretical and experimental research, which indicate that the features of modern classical university education (fundamentalization, humanitarization, integration, innovative scientific and educational environment, active participation of students in activities that are essentially socio-pedagogical in nature, etc.) largely determine the process of professional training of future teachers at the university. It is shown that if these features are objectified in real reality, then under certain conditions, some students of the classical university begin to form a professional and pedagogical orientation, which is expressed in the emergence of motivation for pedagogical activity the needs for the implementation of pedagogical functions, pedagogical orientation of thinking, systematic vision of pedagogical reality, etc. The conditions are revealed, the implementation of which contributes to the emergence of these neoplasms in students as the most important professional and personal characteristics of a teacher.
