This article is devoted to the analysis of non-state sector of higher education in the countries of Asia and Latin America. Analyzing non-state sector of higher education, the author focuses attention that in the majority of the countries of Asia and Latin America the private sector of education dominates. Investigating this problem, the author notes that the subsystems of public and private higher education coexist in the educational space. The state gives any financial support to the private sector of education in the majority of the countries, stimulating further development of a network non-state higher education institutions.
