Abstract: 
The paper attempts a systematic exposition of issues related to the synthesis and implementation of advanced pedagogical experience. Development of pedagogical science and practice is only possible when using adapted in school activities. Best practices can be known within traditional forms and methods of teaching process and beyond; in the form of basic techniques and methods, forms of pedagogical influence, and in interpreting them in the light of new developments of the pedagogical theory
