Organization of the Educational Process in the School in the context of constant change

Abstract:
Problem and Purpose. Attention to the issues of education, which are in the center of public and professional attention, creates opportunities for the school for self-realization and disclosure of its educational potential, based on the system processes of development of the educational system through the events. The problem of organization of the educational process and its management is actualized by the conditions of a changing reality. The purpose of the article is to present the experience of transforming the educational system of the school, taking into account the possibilities and limitations of today’s reality. The study was based on a set of methodological approaches of scientific school L. I. Novikova (system, synergetic), the idea of educational space (N. L. Selivanova), the concept of social education in the process of socialization (A. V. Mudrik, T. A. Romm), phenomenological approach in pedagogy (I. D. Demakova, M. V. Voropaev). The leading research methods are systematization, specification, interpretation of certain provisions, experimental work. In the process of analyzing the experience of transforming the educational system of the school, existing effective practices of education were identified, the staff and infrastructural conditions that contributed to their formation were specified, and resources for further development were identified. The conclusion is made about the need to create and develop a transformable educational space as a valuable and semantic unity of all subjects on the basis of event and phenomenological approaches. Effective management of the development of the educational system in a changing reality is possible through matrices and various variations of vertical structures in the school management structure.
