TRAINING OF FUTURE TECHNICIAN-PROGRAMMER FOR THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND MANAGERIAL ACTIVITIES AS A PEDAGOGICAL PROBLEM

Abstract: 
The article was substantiated necessity for training of future technician-programmer for the organizational and managerial activities as a pedagogical problem. It’s actualized significance of readiness to solve organizational and managerial problems by professional activities, so as availability of appropriate organizational and pedagogical conditions. Learning of a foreign language is considered as a means of this readness formation. There are submitted the data of empirical research of the readiness state of the future technology programmer to the organizational and managerial activities in a professional college.
