PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF A FUTURE TEACHER AS A PROBLEM OF MODERN EDUCATION

Abstract: 
The article considers the problem of professional competence of a future teacher. It is shown that in theoretical terms of professional competence is characterized by the presence and the level of qualification of the empirical plane - readiness of future teachers to the solution of professional tasks of different level of complexity in dynamic conditions of professional activity in the sphere of education and is presented as the ideal model of professional competence. Focuses on the fact that the implementation of modern values education need a new teacher - teacher-professional, because the need is not broadcast domain knowledge, and the ability to teach the methods of their obtaining, organizing education as a system that creates conditions for formation of multi-dimensional consciousness, self-projecting, of self-determination in the world culture.
