DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS ' PROFESSIONAL SELF-DETERMINATION IN HIGHER EDUCATION
Abstract:
The article discusses the issues of students ' professional self-determination in engineering universities into the context of individualization and personalization of the educational process.
Individualization and personalization of the educational process are considered necessary conditions for successful professional identity of students. The article presents the results of sociological research professional identity of students of Tomsk Polytechnic University, the analysis of problems of professional self-determination of high school students, selected pedagogical conditions necessary for their solution.
