The paper presents the research activity of University students as the leading type of modern organizational culture, ensuring the development of cognitive activity of students and part of the education system, aimed at developing students ' values and positive attitudes towards research activities as value-estimated (evaluation) activities and organizational culture. Disclosed conceptual originality innovative approach to understanding the essential component of research activity of students on an interdisciplinary level. In the context of the understanding of scientific research as a pedagogical object upbringing of a person's cultural and human culture for the first time introduced the concept of «value-positive attitude» on the basis of modern epistemology and etymology values, philosophical hermeneutics education.
