Abstract:
Authors consider an innovative model of professional self-identity in the conditions of regional labor market as a condition that will influence youth employment, stimulate life-long careers and form positive attitude of students towards labor as a socially important aspect of innovative self-development. Innovative model of professional self-identity in the conditions of regional labor market includes network interaction of educators and their social partners, foundation of technical schools affiliated multifunctional centers for applied qualifications, as well as field training clusters development.
