Necessity of consideration of the issue of future officers’ subjectiveness becoming in the educational space of the civil high school is considered and it is caused by necessity of qualitative preparation of the officers, capable to make decision and bear the responsibility for them. The way of formation and development of the future officers’ subjectiveness on the basis of the situational and functional approach is submitted and grounded. It is shown, that application of the situational and functional approach to the process of future officers’ subjectiveness formation will allow to create conditions for accumulation of information about the objects included in activi-ty, and will promote enrichment of current knowledge of a trainee and to promote its gradual trans-formation into a category of higher level – to subjectiveness formation.
