Article is devoted theoretical and practical aspects of psychodynamic therapy dev behaviour. The basic attention is given to research adaptive and adaptation disorder psychological protection. Examples adaptation disorder protection are analysed. Primitive, unripe and pathological protection are in detail described. In article the material on a problem of use of adaptive psychological protection in therapy deviant behaviour is generalised. Questions of expediency of use of therapeutic intervention in sphere of functioning of psychological protection with deviant behavior persons are considered. The emphasis is placed on some additional criteria of success of therapy. Key principles by which it is necessary to be guided to the psychologist and the psychotherapist are allocated. Efficiency of training on formation of more mature psychological protection within the limits of individual and group sessions is proved.
