FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION IN SOCIAL WORK IN RUSSIA IN THE 1990-S

Abstract: 
This article discusses the formation of professional education in social work in Russia in the 1990 years publication analyzes the leading researchers, archival statistics and experience in specific institutions. Particular attention is paid to the formation of a new model of social services that meet the requirements of the market system of economic management. The author reveals the difficulties in forming a new direction of vocational education in Russia. Training in social work was to provide qualified personnel folding nationwide social services and facilities, and it was not a simple process that requires serious scientific understanding today. In addition, the article provides a detailed analysis of the impact of global educational processes on the domestic model of training in social work. There is considerable dynamics of the formation of institutions of vocational education in Russia and Novosibirsk in 1990 years.
