THE OMBUDSMAN FOR THE RIGHTS OF THE PARTICIPANTS OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS AS A MECHANISM OF FORMATION OF THE LEGAL SPACE EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION

Abstract: 
The article considers the problem of provision and protection of the rights of children in terms of educational organizations. The author of the necessity and the possibility of legal education of students through the creation of legal space and the establishment of an Ombudsman for the rights of all participants in the educational process. The priority order established in the Institute, according to the author, is not so much legal knowledge, but the development of legal consciousness, legal education of students, as of Prime importance individual rights and personal responsibility, and provides the necessary socialization experience. Disclosed concept, objectives and tasks of the Ombudsman for the rights of the participants of the educational process.
