Abstract: 
In this article the authors examine the new modern approach in psychological counseling - counseling reflexive, whose origins in the humanistic and existential psychotherapy, humanistic approach to psychology, as well as in the methodology of psychology and methodology of psychological counseling. The paper presents a new typology of customer problems to psychological counseling reflexive.
