THE PHENOMENA Of SEDIMENTARY EUESIGHT AND TYPHLOPEDAGOGICAL TECHNIGUES OF ITS DEVELOPMENT TO A CHILD IN CONDITIONS OF ABILITATION
Abstract: 
The main question is the search and basis for corrective and pedagogical techniques of the development  of  sedimentary eyesight  as an integral characteristic of  badly disabled visual  system in the early childhood. The phenomena of  thesedimentary eyesight of a child with practical blindness is studied in this case. The periods of the psychophysiological visual act’s  formation in the conditions of sedimentary eyesight, corrective and pedagogical methods and  techniques, which a typhloteacher uses for solving the task of the development of visual opportunities of a child with practical blindness are defined in this article .
