The article explains the importance of a culture of peace in the sport, justified the importance of sport in shaping the personality of the younger generation. Address the issue of humanization of interpersonal relations in the sport. The results of the analysis of the identification of problems in working with children-athletes and coaches carrying out the training process in «Orbita» in the summer are presented. A special place in the article is given recommendations on the formation of a humane personality of children-athletes in children's health and sports center.
