In the article the necessity of a special attitude to the formation of the moral behavior of primary school students in the computerization of public life. Established methodological connection between the positions of the fundamental scientific approaches (a student-centered, cultural, competence, Systematic-activity, the modern scientific view of the complexity of the information-educational process in primary school) and pedagogical priorities of spiritual and moral development and education of primary school children in view of new social and cultural conditions. In the article the necessity is proved of active involvement in the process of formation of the moral behavior of the primary school students and their families, all the teachers implementing basic educational program of primary education on the basis of the context of computerization.
