This article analyzed the reasons of professional destructions occurrence in the professional-pedagogical activity, proved the urgency of formation of readiness of future teachers to the prevention of the destruction of the personality. The authors of the article offer to use sport activity (by the example of sport games) in the professional training of teachers for the purpose of development of social activity and optimization of psychosomatic characteristics of students. In the course of research proved the effectiveness of sport games in the formation of readiness of future teachers to prevention of professional destructions, which appear in generated active strategy of behavior (to transfer level) and in ability to emotional self-regulation in the period of crisis of the professional choice.
