PROBLEMS OF TEACHING PUBLIC SPEAKING CLASSES ON “RUSSIAN LANGUAGE AND SPEECH CULTURE

Abstract: 
One of the primary objectives of education today – the training of specialists with expertise not only in the field of natural sciences and engineering, but also knowledge in the field of business communication, able to enjoy all the richness of the literary language, and what's more, striving for continuous personal and professional growth. The experience of the twentieth century shows that effective progress experienced those countries that engaged in rhetorical education and the development of communication technologies. Wide humanitarian training students can, when introduced into the curriculum of high school course “rhetoricˮ. The rate of general education rhetoric is highly evaluated, firstly, today increased the demand for specialists who know the art of oratory, and secondly, the study of rhetoric develops the necessary skills used for other activities.
