Abstract:
The article discusses the archetypal problem of the justification of human destructiveness on the basis of such structure-forming principle as binary. Shows the probabilistic relationship between the archetypes and destruction in the context of the theory of C. G. Jung, J. Hillman and others to identify the psychological mechanism of formation. Attempts to extend scientific understanding of the phenomenon of degradation based on the conceptual provisions of copyright. Identifying archetypal protoform based on the principle of binarity as immanent subtext provides a probabilistic allocation of their destructive oppositions. Changes of the inner world under the influence of archetypal criminal symbolism, accompanied, subject to updating, adequate content of meanings and behavior of a destructive nature. This can lead to a deep transformation of the individual, significant self-transformation and awareness of internal intellectual functioning and psyche in General. A new area of legal psychology is seen as a potential opportunity in the analysis of the motivational problems of determination of criminal behavior destructive of personality and involuntary regulation of higher forms of destructive behavior.
